I'll dominate 'credible boxer' Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will injure his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.

Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving massive earnings.

The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
